Welcome to Polyvibe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Polyvibe application and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by Polyvibe ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.

Use of Service

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the application.

All content, features, and functionality of the platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of Polyvibe or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyvibe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
